Castle Coombe

The Castle Inn

Castle Coombe is in the Cotswolds and is the most quaint village you are ever likely to see (and has been voted just that) The village has changed little since the 15th century, just so picturesque. There are no power poles, or anything modern to be seen. Ironic that this is where I am updating this blog!

So lovely to have a big update! Mumbles sounds like the place to be - lovely photee by the window... and that sculpture of the angel standing over the men (back in Ireland). What a feast of history re Jim's roots. Cheers, L (off to the lakes for two days, then heading north, so not sure when I will get my personal viewing of 'oooos of photos!
